Quilceda Creek 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
2014 was a spectacular vintage, bringing you a big wine packed to the brim with floral aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry, black cherry and plum fruit intertwine with nuances of cacao nib, anise, soy, forest floor and minerals. Incredibly pure and complex, this richly textured wine is totally seamless in all of its parts, allowing for its silky texture to shine through on the palate with a finish that last for minutes.
Scali 2016 Syrah
Seductive ripe, dark red fruit and floral notes with pepper, fynbos and fennel spices, and a good dollop of minerality. A long, lingering, well balanced after taste of succulent fruit with excellent tannin structure. We recommend ageing of 5 to 10 years during which time sediment may be deposited in the bottle, and that this wine be decanted.

Intense silken red with a tinge of bricky orange. The nose is powerful with complex, red fruit, vanilla, herbs, bitter root, and spearmint. The palate is generous with evident but silky tannins. A very expressive Barolo blended from the winery's best plots.
Pairs well with aged cheese, boar, wild mushrooms, and anything with truffle.

Henschke 2010 Hill Of Grace
Dark crimson with ruby hues. Intensely fragrant aromas of blackberry, Satsuma plum and blueberry are beautifully entwined with freshly crushed violets, anise and exotic five spice. The palate is plush and velvety with decadent layers of mulberry, dark red plum and redcurrant, revealing lingering notes of spice and pepper. The concentrated fruit core is balanced by fine, mature tannins leading to an elegant finish with exceptional length.
