Springfield Estate Wild Yeast Chardonnay
A compelling and unwooded Chardonnay. Naturally fermented with wild yeasts and aged on lees, it shows ripe pear, white peach and lemon curd with a subtle creamy texture balanced by bright minerality. Crafted with a minimal-intervention philosophy in Robertson Valley, this is a Chardonnay that feels expressive, textured and quietly complex.
Padro & Co Rojo
Deep brown in colour, with complex aromas of carob, liquorice, dried cherry, cocoa and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by hints of olive and eucalyptus. Rich and smooth on the palate, balancing sweetness with vibrant freshness. Layers of dark spice, toasted notes and fennel lead to a long, persistent finish with touches of molasses and cacao.
