Golden with copper reflections, bright and clean. Aromas are rich and expressive, combining honey, caramel and syrup with bright citrus notes of bitter orange, mandarin and passion fruit, alongside green apple and subtle toffee apple. Hints of quince, apricot and other stone fruits add depth. Lusciously sweet on the palate with a honeyed attack, beautifully balanced by fresh, vibrant acidity. Silky, elegant and persistent, with a long, refreshing finish that lifts the sweetness and brings finesse. This ice cider is very fresh, silky and long-lasting.
Lugny 2022 La Carte Macon
A classic southern Burgundy Chardonnay with lifted aromas of citrus, ripe pear, and exotic fruit layered with subtle honey and almond notes. The palate is medium-bodied and elegantly textured, showing bright acidity and a pronounced mineral core balanced by orchard fruit and a gentle nutty nuance.
