Clear with a complex bouquet of rich barley, bees wax and honeycomb with hints of clover. On the palate, it is instantly mouth-filling with a full-bodied honey and graham cracker character. On the nose, TRUST Canadian Rye offers textbook spice that defines ‘Classic Rye’. Notes of cinnamon, Mandarin orange peel, baked apple and vanilla all combine to provide the palette with a profound depth of complexity and body. Rich warm tones of honey, allspice, nutmeg and toffee envelop the mouth, with a finish that just lingers on and on.

The Invernahaven was matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. This sherried classic single malt has a rich body with a creamy mouthfeel on the palate. The nose throws plums, raisins and spices, complemented by structured tannins and oakwood notes in the mouth, that ultimately yield to a background of expressive malt. The finish and development are long and complex with a hint of sea salt and symphony of diverse flavours. This whisky was made from BC malted barley in Victoria.
