2022
Tourterelles 2022 Vire-Clesse Mg
This large format expression of Viré-Clessé offers generous aromas of ripe pear, white peach, lemon curd, and acacia blossom layered with hints of hazelnut and wet stone. The palate is supple and textured, balancing round orchard fruit with fresh mineral lift and a touch of creamy richness through the finish. Elegant yet approachable, it shines alongside roast chicken and creamy seafood dishes.
Clement Lavallee 45 Degrees 2022 Chablis
This Chablis is the flagship. There's something very 'Raveneau' about this, their Chablis 45° (named after the steep slope of the vineyard), a wine with beautiful length, a perfectly balanced structure and subtle layers of orchard fruits and lightly-salted butter. It’s focused and richly textured, highlighting why Clément has become one of the fastest rising stars in Chablis.
Pierrousselle 2022 Bordeaux Mg
Château Pierrousselle is a Bordeaux rouge that delivers approachable fruit and subtle complexity. It typically reveals a bright ruby color and an intense, fruity bouquet dominated by red berries (redcurrant, cherry) and black fruits, with underlying notes of vanilla and sweet baking spices from oak maturation.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and smooth. Ripe raspberry and plum flavors are supported by soft tannins, making for a round, easy-going texture. There’s a touch of smoky oak and cocoa adding depth, and sometimes a hint of dried herbs or earth. The wine is well-balanced: the fruit is generous but there is enough structure (and a nip of acidity) to keep it lively. The finish is mellow and fruit-forward, with those berry and vanilla notes persisting.
Overall, Château Pierrousselle offers a charming, perfumed Bordeaux experience – not overly heavy, but with a nice mix of fruitiness, a bit of spice, and a gentle tannic backbone, making it a versatile partner for food or enjoyable on its own.
Clement Lavallee 2022 Chablis Les Ardill
The 2022 Les Ardillers comes Chardonnay planted to clay-limestone soils from 45-year-old vines in the 1.6Ha namesake lieu-dit. It’s aged for 12 months in 1- to 5-year-old barrels for half the crop, the other in stainless steel on the lees. This shows assiduous use of the lees, lending weight and texture to the vibrant finish; a more classically taut and mineral expression of Chablis.
Clos Cibonne 2022/23 Cuvee Caroline Rose
A distinctive, age-worthy rosé with complex aromatics of dried flowers, ripe peach, and red berry layered with spice, honey, and a pronounced saline lift. The palate is textured and medium- to full-bodied for rosé, showing savoury depth, subtle oak influence, and a beautifully balanced core of orchard fruit, citrus, and mineral nuance. Long and quietly powerful on the finish, with a faint vanilla note and coastal freshness that underscores its serious, gastronomic style.

Clement Lavallee 2022 Chablis
The 2022 Chablis Villages comes from a 2.5Ha plot of 35-year-old vines picked at 35 hl/ha and sees 12 months ageing on the lees. This estate cuvée displays a tension worthy of the greatest village level Chablis. The 2022 Chablis is distinguished by its purity and freshness, with aromas of citrus, white flowers and hints of flint, typical of the terroir. The palate is lively, carried by a beautiful acidic tension and a clean finish, supported by a marked minerality. This wine embodies finesse, with remarkable precision and balance. Elegance and purity in spades.
Benanti 2023 Etna Bianco
Grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, this wine is basically liquid lava rock in the best way: cool, crisp, and quietly powerful. Benanti Etna Bianco is all about minerality and finesse, with zesty citrus, green apple, and a hint of wild herbs swirling together like an ocean breeze through mountain air. The palate is lean but textured, with a savoury, smoky edge that lingers long after your last sip. It’s elegant, electric, and unmistakably Etna.
Bourgogne Alligote Clement Lavallee 2022
Cobos 2022 Bramare Chardonnay
On the palate, the wine is generous, but never showy. It arrives full-bodied, textured like silk brushed over stone, its richness framed by a quiet acidity that keeps every curve in balance. Ripe peach and citrus peel unfold slowly, grounded by a subtle, flinty minerality - like the soil itself is speaking. There's a hint of cream and toasted hazelnut, a gift from the oak.
