The palate is medium-bodied and composed, with resolved tannins framing mossy fruit, olive, tobacco and a light mushroom note. Coffee, cocoa and liquorice add depth without overwhelming the fruit. It finishes dry and settled, carrying mature berry, earth and gentle spice through a measured close.

Violet, spice and vanilla open over concentrated black cherry and plum. The palate is full and silky, balancing juicy red and dark fruit with fresh acidity and fine tannins. A savoury note and measured barrique influence add depth without obscuring the fruit. It finishes with power but remains composed, carrying floral perfume, dark fruit and spice through a long, aromatic close.

Dark currant and concentrated cherry lead with generous, immediate fruit. The palate brings ripe black liquorice, savoury spice and a broad, supple texture, while vanilla bean and a cool hint of mint add lift. Open and expressive rather than reserved, the Cabernet finishes long and smooth, with its fruit and spice held in easy balance.
