French Brandy
Dried fruit, prune and fresh grape lead a direct, composed palate. Orange peel adds brightness before almond and a softer white-chocolate note emerge toward the finish. The balance between mature fruit, citrus lift and gentle nuttiness gives this vintage Armagnac clarity without losing depth. Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass and allow it a few minutes to open.

Portuguese Red
Brick-edged and fully mature, with leather, iodine and damp forest-floor aromas leading into dried cherry and further woodland detail. The palate remains surprisingly fresh, with fully resolved tannins and a seamless transition into a long, lingering finish. Bottle condition will matter at this age; stand upright, open with care and assess before decanting. Serve with roast game or mushroom dishes.

French Red
Dark mature ruby introduces smoke, damp earth, charcuterie and limestone, followed by raspberry, violet and blood orange. The palate is rich and full yet still fresh, with bright acidity and a measured tannic frame. Oolong tea, truffle, moss and autumn spice add savoury depth before a silky, gently rounded finish. Bottle variation is expected; stand upright and decant carefully.
