Fresh orange peel and herbaceous juniper lead, sharpened by bright green cardamom and the clean bitterness of turmeric and cinchona bark. A few dashes bring aromatic lift and structure to gin, whisky, tequila, pisco, vermouth or sparkling water without overwhelming the base. It also works neatly in tea, cider, sparkling wine, hollandaise and citrus-led desserts.
