Ripe red fruit and wild berries open with violet, lavender, allspice, sandalwood and roasted nuts. The palate turns darker and more generous, layering blackberry, plum and black cherry with chocolate truffle, black pepper, cardamom and clove. A light touch of toasted oak frames the fruit, bringing warmth, spice and a composed, lingering finish.

Ripe raspberry, plum jam and caramel from oak ageing are present. Red fruit, minerality and velvety chocolate-covered cherries accompany structure, mid-palate weight and a long, round finish. The blend is ninety-one percent Merlot, seven percent Cabernet Sauvignon and two percent Malbec. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with fifteen days of skin contact. The wine spends sixteen months in oak barrels, thirty percent new.

Cranberry and tart cherry lead, lifted by white pepper and freshly cut tarragon, sage and rosemary. Concrete and neutral oak keep the fruit direct while adding gentle texture rather than overt wood. Bright natural acidity gives the palate a lively, thirst-quenching shape and carries the savoury herbs into a crisp finish.

Blackcurrant and cedar lead with ripe raspberry, inky cassis, violet and wild strawberry. The palate is cool and focused, placing dense dark fruit inside a frame of fine, polished tannins. Bitter chocolate, peppery spice and a lift of fresh acidity add detail, while supple texture and cedary notes carry the wine into a poised finish.

Fresh smoky cassis, blackberry and boysenberry appear with cedar, black-tea spice and sweet oak. The palate is concentrated, with black fruit, firm structure and a long savoury finish. The blend is seventy-eight percent Cabernet Sauvignon, sixteen percent Merlot, four percent Cabernet Franc and two percent Malbec. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by twenty months in French oak, thirty-five percent new. Alcohol is 14.2 percent.

Bright black cherry, blackberry, baking spices, chocolate and toasted vanilla are present. The palate has intense blackberry flavours and round, smooth tannins. The blend is eighty-three percent Cabernet Sauvignon, eight percent Merlot, six percent Cabernet Franc, and one percent each Syrah, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Grapes are hand-picked and the berries hand-sorted. A one-to-three-day cold soak precedes fermentation. Maturation lasts twenty months in French oak, half new.

Blackberry, mocha and liquorice open with bold, savoury depth. The palate layers smoky raspberry, grilled herbs and cracked pepper over a rich, structured frame. Ripe, generous tannins give the Syrah weight without hardening its edges, while balanced acidity keeps the dark fruit and spice focused through a long, confidently shaped finish.

Blackberry and blackcurrant lead, joined by new saddle leather and a savoury, gently earthy edge. The palate is full-bodied and voluptuous, with generous dark fruit carried by silky tannins and a broad, supple texture. Powerful yet composed, it holds its concentration through a long, polished finish with plenty of warmth and personality.

Steeped plum, boysenberry and mulberry lead a generous nose, with cassis, savoury bay leaf and a measured touch of roasted oak. The palate is broad and dense but polished, carrying dark fruit through bittersweet cocoa, fine tannins and a fresh line of acidity. Menthol and loamy earth add lift and depth before a long, composed finish. Decant before serving with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs or roasted portobello mushrooms.
