AboutWhitebox Cocktails
Whitebox develops and makes its ready-to-serve cocktails at a bartender-operated production site in Edinburgh. Its team brings experience from cocktail bars, Michelin-starred restaurants, hotels and independent spirits businesses. The full-strength, single-serve range includes aperitifs, citrus sours and martinis, ready to chill and pour.
Whitebox Pocket Negroni 100 mL
Scottish Ready-To-Drink
Aromatic gin opens with piney botanicals and a subtle woody note, followed by the bittersweet pull of Italian aperitif and sweet vermouth. The palate is full and concentrated, balancing herbal bitterness with restrained sweetness and a blood-orange-like citrus character. The finish is long, warming and firmly bittersweet. Serve thoroughly chilled, either straight from the can or over a large cube with orange peel, alongside olives, charcuterie or aged cheese.
Whitebox Freezer Martini 100 mL
Scottish Ready-To-Drink
Juniper-led gin gives the opening a cool, aromatic lift, sharpened by dry vermouth and a precise thread of lemon zest. The palate is concentrated yet polished, with a silky texture, subtle sweetness and a faint savoury suggestion of olive. It finishes clean, dry and firmly structured. Store in the freezer, then pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with lemon peel; serve with oysters, smoked almonds or salty crisps.
Whitebox Cocktails Prêt à Boire Boulevardier 100 mL
Scottish Ready-To-Drink
Bourbon gives this ready-to-serve Boulevardier a warm, whisky-forward core. Sweet vermouth brings dark-fruit richness, while Italian bitter aperitif adds firm herbal contrast and orange zest lifts the aroma. Oak and spice carry the palate toward a smooth, bittersweet finish with enough depth for slow sipping. Chill well, then pour over a large cube and garnish with a fresh orange peel.
Whitebox Cocktails Chipper’s Old Fashioned 100 mL Tin
Scottish Ready-To-Drink
A compact, whisky-led Old Fashioned with oak and caramelized sugar at the centre. Cherrywood bitters add aromatic depth, while gomme sugar rounds the texture without obscuring the spirit's warming spice. The balance is rich but controlled, finishing smooth, bittersweet and gently woody. Chill thoroughly, then pour over a large cube and garnish with orange peel for a simple, bar-style serve.
