A compact, whisky-led Old Fashioned with oak and caramelized sugar at the centre. Cherrywood bitters add aromatic depth, while gomme sugar rounds the texture without obscuring the spirit’s warming spice. The balance is rich but controlled, finishing smooth, bittersweet and gently woody. Chill thoroughly, then pour over a large cube and garnish with orange peel for a simple, bar-style serve.
