Whistle Buoy Brewing

Crisp, clean and deliberately refreshing, with locally grown Pilsner and Vienna malts giving the palate a light grain foundation. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops add a restrained traditional accent without disturbing the lager’s easy line. Cold fermentation, transfer, conditioning, canning and storage reinforce its bright, direct character. Serve properly chilled with fries, grilled sausages, roast chicken, shellfish or a simple plate of mild cheeses.

Soft and smooth, with oats in the grain bill building the beer’s characteristic haze and rounded mouthfeel. This is a rotating hop series, so the exact flavour shifts from release to release; the stable house profile keeps tropical fruit at the centre. Fresh and approachable, it balances expressive hop aroma with an easy texture. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, spicy noodles, fried chicken or young cheddar.
