Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops add a restrained traditional accent without disturbing the lager’s easy line. Cold fermentation, transfer, conditioning, canning and storage reinforce its bright, direct character. Serve properly chilled with fries, grilled sausages, roast chicken, shellfish or a simple plate of mild cheeses.
