Lemon, passion fruit, guava and gooseberry appear with lime leaf, fresh-cut grass, asparagus and medicinal white cherry. The wine is dry and lively, with a snappy, citrus-led finish. Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc in Marlborough, it is fermented cool in stainless steel. The profile remains fresh and direct, combining tropical fruit, citrus and green herbal notes.
