Trading Post Brewing

Dark malt and sweet bread lead a full, warming Belgian-style ale. Raisin and other dried-fruit notes add richness, while expressive yeast brings a gentle spicy, phenolic edge that keeps the palate from feeling flat. The finish is strong, malty and persistent, with enough bite to balance its softer fruit and bread character. Serve cool in a stemmed glass with braised beef, blue cheese, fruitcake or dark chocolate.
