AboutTirriddis

Andrew Gerow, Gabriel Crowell and Matthew Doutney met while studying viticulture and enology at Washington State University, then founded Tirriddis in Prosser in 2021. Their winery makes only traditional-method sparkling wines, in which the bubbles develop through fermentation in the bottle. Even the name refers to the process, combining tirage, riddling and disgorgement.

Crowell leads winemaking, Gerow manages the business and Doutney looks after hospitality; together, they explore less conventional styles within bottle-fermented sparkling wine.

Tirriddis NV House Gris

American Sparkling
$49.99
Sweet lemon and peach skin open into ripe stone fruit, pear and tropical melon rind. Light-bodied and delicate, the palate carries tightly packed bubbles and bright acidity, with a lightly off-dry texture bringing shape without blunting the freshness. The finish is crisp and drawn out, leaving citrus, peach and a subtle mineral note behind.

Tirriddis NV House Rosé Brut

American Sparkling
$49.99
Brilliant pink with a lively stream of fine bubbles. Crunchy red berries and ripe strawberry lead, followed by a gentle shortcake note from lees ageing. The palate is light but expressive, balancing juicy fruit with bright acidity and a clean mineral edge. Fresh and dry through the finish, it remains poised, vivid and easy to return to.
