Thalia Sauvignon Blanc–Assyrtiko
Citrus and stone fruit meet white flowers in this fresh Greek white, with a mineral edge adding definition. Sauvignon Blanc brings aromatic lift while Assyrtiko contributes structure and a clean, savoury line. Separate cool fermentations and brief time on fine lees build gentle texture without sacrificing brightness. Serve chilled with seafood, grilled vegetables, salads, white cheese or light mezze.
Thalia Sauvignon Blanc Assyrtiko
Light golden colour accompanies stone fruit, citrus and white flowers. The palate is soft, with discreet acidity and medium body. Assyrtiko accounts for seventy percent of the blend and Sauvignon Blanc for thirty percent. Each variety is fermented separately at low temperature with selected yeast. The wine spends two months on fine lees. Suggested pairings include white cheese, green salads and seafood.
Thalia 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon Agiorgitiko Peloponnese
Red berries and vanilla accompany a vibrant palate, silky tannins and depth. Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon form the blend from the Peloponnese. Each variety receives one week of skin contact and completes malolactic fermentation before the final blend is assembled. The grapes are harvested by hand from September into October, and the finished wine carries twelve percent alcohol.
