Terre Cevico

Faded red in colour, this organic frizzante opens with fresh blueberry and wild-strawberry aromas. The palate is lightly structured, with mild acidity, gentle tannins and a lively sparkle. Made in Emilia-Romagna from organically grown fruit, it carries a dry, refreshing profile and ten-and-one-half percent alcohol. Serve lightly chilled with prosciutto, fresh or moderately aged cheeses, homemade pasta, pizza or charcuterie.
