Mexican master distiller Marco Cedano, formerly of Don Julio, joined a small international group to found Tequila Tromba. Lilia Quintero now leads production, bringing two decades of experience in agave selection, slow fermentation and double distillation. The team uses mature blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco and distils in small batches.

Cooked agave and vanilla lead a warm, inviting aroma, joined by brown sugar, cocoa and toasted nuts. The palate is smooth and balanced, with orange and pineapple brightening the richer caramel and oak tones. A gentle smoky wood note builds through the middle without masking the agave. The finish is long, mellow and lightly spiced. Serve neat, over a large cube, or in a composed reposado cocktail.
