Tender Hope Winery

Red cherry, plum, blackcurrant and vanilla appear in a fruity profile with soft tannins. Made from Merlot in British Columbia, the wine carries fourteen percent alcohol. The family-owned winery works in the Okanagan Valley and uses traditional techniques with minimal intervention. Its wines mature naturally, with the region’s landscape, climate and soils forming part of the estate’s approach.

Black cherry and blueberry lead, with a measured layer of vanilla from extended French-oak ageing. Open-tank fermentation keeps the fruit clear and lively, while the palate stays rounded, food-friendly and composed. There is enough freshness to lift the darker fruit, and the oak adds polish without taking over. The finish is smooth and persistent, leaving black cherry, blueberry, vanilla and a gentle oak note.
