Strawberry, raspberry and cherry lead, with a bright citrus note bringing lift. The palate is crisp and dry, keeping the red fruit clear and energetic rather than sweet or heavy. Fresh acidity gives the wine a clean outline, while a light floral tone adds detail through the centre. Refreshing and composed, it finishes with lingering berries, citrus and a gentle mineral edge.

About Tender Hope Winery
Tender Hope is a family-owned Okanagan winery founded by winemaker Efi Perel. He brings more than 25 years of experience in vineyards and cellars across several wine regions. His approach begins in the vineyard and continues with traditional winemaking and minimal intervention in the cellar.
