Tears of Llorona

Sherry-soaked raisins and butterscotch open the nose, joined by toasted walnut and the depth of long oak ageing. Brandied cherry, dark cocoa and cooked agave shape the palate, lifted by measured warming spice. The finish is soft but layered, carrying oak, vanilla and dried fruit. Five years in selected casks give this a contemplative sipping style. Serve neat.
