“One of the four most outstanding red wine producers in the country. Tahbilk is renowned for its full-bodied, rich and opulent reds which are amongst the longest lived in Australia. Given their prices, they are among the greatest values in the world for ageworth, serious red wines.” – Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate

Tahbilk 1998 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

$99.99

A mature Cabernet Sauvignon of remarkable freshness and structure, led by mulberry, dark berries and a cool thread of mint. Coffee, cedar, dark chocolate and polished French oak add savoury depth without overwhelming the fruit. The palate remains rich and firmly shaped, with dry, persistent tannins carrying the wine through a long finish. Decant carefully and pair with roast beef or aged hard cheese.
