AboutSuntory
Shinjiro Torii founded Torii Shoten in Osaka in 1899, setting out to adapt Western-style drinks to Japanese tastes. In 1923 he began building Yamazaki, Japan’s first malt whisky distillery. Suntory’s whisky range includes Hibiki and Toki.
Roku Gin uses Japanese botanicals gathered across the seasons, while Haku Vodka is made from Japanese white rice and filtered through bamboo charcoal.
Suntory -196 Lemon Vodka Soda
Fresh lemon character leads with a clean, mouthwatering citrus snap. Whole lemons are frozen and crushed before infusion with vodka, preserving a vivid peel-and-juice quality while balancing tartness with a light touch of sweetness. The palate stays crisp and direct, with carbonation carrying the citrus through a refreshing finish. Serve thoroughly chilled, ideally with salty snacks, grilled seafood, fried chicken or a simple picnic spread.
Suntory -196 Grapefruit Vodka Soda
Bold grapefruit arrives with a vivid citrus aroma and a well-judged balance of tartness and sweetness. Whole fruit is frozen and crushed before infusion with vodka, giving the flavour a fresh, concentrated quality without losing its clean outline. Fine carbonation keeps the palate bright and drives a crisp, refreshing finish. Serve thoroughly chilled, on its own or with salted nuts, grilled fish or light picnic fare.
Suntory −196 Peach Vodka Soda 4-Pack
Ripe peach comes through with a vivid, juicy character, supported by clean vodka and brisk carbonation. The palate is crisp and refreshing, balancing natural fruit intensity with a light, dry finish rather than syrupy sweetness. Fine bubbles keep the peach flavour lifted from first sip to last. Serve thoroughly chilled straight from the can, or pour over ice with a fresh peach slice for an uncomplicated summer drink alongside grilled dishes or salty snacks.
Roku Sakura Bloom Edition Gin
Cherry blossom brings a delicate floral opening, joined by soft spring herbs and clean Japanese citrus. The profile is bright and composed rather than perfumed, with juniper holding the sakura character within a recognizably dry gin structure. Subtle sweetness rounds the middle, while fine spice and gentle bitterness keep the palate balanced. The texture is silky, carrying blossom and citrus into a long, fresh finish. Serve with soda or tonic and a thin citrus peel, or use in a Martini where the floral detail can remain clear.
Suntory Hibiki Japanese Harmony Blended Whisky
Rose and lychee lead a delicate nose, with rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood adding quiet depth. The palate is smooth and measured, bringing honeyed sweetness together with candied orange peel and white chocolate. Malt and grain whiskies from Suntory’s principal distilleries give the blend a layered texture, while Japanese oak contributes a restrained incense-like note. The finish is subtle, tender and gently sweet, with citrus and polished wood lingering. Serve neat, over a large cube, or in a carefully made highball.
Suntory -196 Peach Vodka Seltzer Can
Premium vodka and succulent peach essence form this sparkling prepared drink. The official profile calls it refreshing and explains that the brand’s freezing technique is used to capture whole-fruit flavour. Its composition is presented as a vodka-based carbonated beverage. Peach fruit, vodka and carbonation define the recorded profile, with the fruit essence clearly named in the official recipe.
Suntory Toki Blended Japanese Whisky
Green apple and grapefruit give the aroma a bright, lively start. The palate is silky and light on its feet, with gentle sweetness balanced by a subtle spicy edge. Citrus freshness keeps the whisky crisp, while the smooth texture makes each element feel neatly integrated. The finish is clean and quietly warming, leaving fresh fruit and a measured sweet-and-spicy echo.
