Dry-hopped and carefully structured, this pale lager is brewed with Golden Promise and wheat malt, then hopped with Saaz and a touch of Citra. The combination brings a clean grain base, floral spice and measured citrus lift, with a crisp profile that keeps the hops in focus. Serve well chilled with grilled sausages, fried chicken, fish tacos, sharp cheddar or salty snacks.
