AboutStorm Brewing
Brewer James Walton has led Storm Brewing in Vancouver since 1994. At its Commercial Drive brewery, visitors enter through the loading door into a working production space.
Alongside its regular beers, Storm’s small-batch “Brainstorm” programme has produced more than 400 experiments with fruit, spice, smoke and sour styles. Its beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized.
Storm Brewing Unholy Hazy IPA
Canadian Beer
Amarillo and Citra hops drive an emphatically juicy profile, with generous aroma and flavour carried through a full, lively palate. The hazy style keeps the fruit-forward character at the centre, while the finish stays fresh and direct rather than sugary. Serve well chilled with spicy fried chicken, pulled-pork sandwiches, grilled halloumi or sharp cheddar, where the beer's juicy intensity can meet richer flavours.
Storm Brewing Pineapple Paradise Pilsner 473 mL
Canadian Beer
Pure-pressed pineapple juice brings an immediate tropical note, with forward citrus keeping the fruit clear and lively. The pilsner base gives the beer a familiar, direct frame rather than turning it into a heavy fruit ale. Bright and easy to place at the table, it is shaped for relaxed warm-weather drinking. Serve cool with grilled prawns, fish tacos, roast pork or a sharp cheddar.
