Stéphane Regnault

Stéphane Regnault grows Chardonnay in Oger and on the chalky lower slopes of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in Champagne. His vineyards have been certified organic since the 2020 harvest, and he also uses biodynamic preparations and plant infusions. A love of jazz and the saxophone inspires the wines’ musical names, including Lydien, Mixolydien, Dorien and Chromatique.

Each parcel is fermented separately with native yeasts, and barrels form part of the cellar work. The wines spend an extended period on their lees, with sulphur used sparingly.
