Two Langley breweries, Brookswood and Smugglers Trail, came together to make 3 Month Pilsner, giving the beer three months of lagering before release. Brookswood was founded by longtime friends Kris Johnson, Jeff Hurkett and John Collins as a small-batch brewery in South Langley. Smugglers Trail grew out of a friendship on the rugby pitch and opened its Langley brewery in 2020.

Three months of slow lagering give this collaborative pilsner a pillowy-soft texture and rounded malt profile. It begins crisp, moves through a light touch of cereal sweetness and finishes clean and refreshing, balancing patience with easy drinkability. Serve cool with schnitzel, roast chicken, grilled sausages, soft pretzels, mild cheeses, fried fish or simple green salads.
