Rustic buckwheat joins heritage Hana malt and Polish Lubelski hops in a crisp, grain-led lager. The malt brings a bready, continental character, while the hopping keeps the palate orderly and refreshing rather than overtly aromatic. A dry, clean line carries the savoury grain through the finish. Serve cold with roast pork, pierogi, grilled sausages, mushroom dumplings or aged alpine cheese.
