AboutSiren Craft Brew
Darron Anley founded Siren Craft Brew in Berkshire in 2013; the independent brewery is based in Finchampstead. Its name comes from the Sirens of Greek mythology.
Its first brew, later known as Maiden, was divided among oak barrels, beginning a programme of ageing and blending. That work continues in the Odyssey series of barrel-aged blends, alongside regular beers, limited releases and experiments with coffee.

The exact tasting profile records fruity acidity, roasted chocolate and nuttiness. Its finish is specifically described as rounded, with caramel and toffee. Specialist records list eleven-point-seven per cent alcohol and the explicit 375 mL bottle format alongside the documented barrel and coffee details.
