AboutS.A. Prüm
The Prüm family’s Mosel vineyard history is recorded as far back as 1156, while Sebastian Alois Prüm founded the present estate in 1911. Saskia Andrea Prüm became owner in 2017, the first woman in the family to lead a winery carrying her initials. The estate grows only Riesling on steep Middle Mosel slate sites, including Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Bernkasteler Lay and Graacher Himmelreich.
Dry wines are a particular focus, alongside off-dry and sweet Rieslings. The leading dry wines ferment spontaneously and mature in traditional large oak casks.

German Dessert
Apricot jam leads an expressive, gently honeyed profile, sharpened by electric acidity. Mint and lavender bring a cool aromatic lift, while key lime adds precision to the finish. Sweetness and freshness remain in clear tension, giving the palate energy rather than weight. Serve lightly chilled with blue cheese, fruit tart or fragrant, moderately spiced dishes.
