Rudolf Fürst 2019 Pur Mineral Weissburgunder
Clear and finely drawn, with ripe pear, lemon zest and a light almond note over wet stone. Fresh acidity and a distinct salty-mineral grip give the palate focus, while restrained fruit and a smooth texture keep the finish composed. A precise, dry Pinot Blanc with enough depth for roast poultry, grilled white fish, root vegetables or creamy mushroom dishes.
Rudolf Fürst 2018 Bürgstadter Berg Frühburgunder
Ripe cherry fruit and a subtle smoky, flinty note lead into a generous, juicy palate. Plush in texture but still fresh, it offers aromatic depth, mild acidity and layered savoury character without losing the estate’s fine-boned shape. Grown on red sandstone and made from a notoriously low-yielding early-ripening Pinot mutation, it pairs naturally with braised venison, duck or pork.
Rudolf Fürst 2019 Klingenberger Spätburgunder
Vibrant red cherry and dried flowers rise from the glass with a cool crushed-rock note. Silky and precise on the palate, the wine favours finesse over weight, carrying pure red fruit through a focused, intensely mineral finish. Fruit from Klingenberg’s steep red sandstone slopes gives it striking clarity; pair with roast duck, grilled salmon or earthy mushroom dishes.
Rudolf Fürst 2018 Spätburgunder Tradition
Ripe red cherry and red berries are framed by dried rose petal, clove and a subtle iron-rich mineral note. Juicy and translucent on the palate, it combines generous fruit with fine-boned freshness and gentle spice. Fruit from red sandstone soils is spontaneously fermented and aged for a year in seasoned barrels, preserving elegance and energy through the finish.
