Ripe yellow peach, Meyer lemon and chamomile accompany clove and vanilla. A rich, concentrated profile has a creamy, round mouthfeel. Sweet oak, honeysuckle, pineapple, matchstick and honey also appear. Fragrant apple and flowers add further detail. A lush character is also present, and the finish is rich. This Chardonnay comes from Carneros in California and carries 14.5 percent alcohol.
