Rivera

Drawn butter and yellow plum meet warm spice, stone fruit and citrus. White flowers appear alongside a full, mineral profile with good acidity. Made entirely from Fiano grown in Puglia, the wine carries thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with a small portion handled in new barrels. The palate is dry and rounded.
