Bright ruby colour leads into fresh red fruit, blackcurrant and plum, with earth, wild herbs, roasted beet, balsamic notes and a savoury finish. Made entirely from the rare Pjcol Ross Lambrusco grape, this dry red sparkling wine uses the traditional method. Fine bubbles, brisk acidity and firm tannins give it a rustic, energetic shape.
