The palate is soft and lightly rounded, bringing subtle citrus zest, fennel, aniseed and white pepper into a crisp, composed frame. Icelandic lava-rock filtration contributes clarity without stripping away all texture, while the finish remains clean, gently spiced and persistent. Serve well chilled, in a Martini with a lemon twist, or with soda where the mineral and citrus notes can remain distinct.
