The body is medium, with pleasant acidity and subtle balsamic character. Chardonnay and Weißburgunder form the blend. The wine is vegan and made with low sulphur, while maturation is mostly in large-format oak with some barriques.

Maturation takes place in 500-litre and larger oak vessels, and the alcohol level is twelve percent.
