Pueblo Viejo

Floral citrus blossom, caramel and butter shape an inviting nose, followed by ripe fruit and cooked agave. Made entirely from blue agave, the reposado style brings a straw-gold colour and a medium-full texture while preserving freshness. The palate returns to butter and ripe fruit, with pepper and cinnamon adding measured spice rather than aggressive heat. Caramelized agave gives the middle gentle sweetness and roundness. The finish is warm, fruity and lightly spiced. Enjoy neat, over a large cube or in a Margarita with fresh lime.
