Caramel, vanilla and toasted oak lead the nose, followed by chamomile, ripe orange and peach. The palate is velvety and balanced, layering roasted almond, dark chocolate and dried fruit over the sweetness of cooked agave. Extended maturation in American oak brings warmth and depth while preserving a clear fruit line through the middle. The finish is smooth, gently spicy and persistent. Serve neat, over a large cube or in an agave-forward Old Fashioned.
