Poggio Torselli

Morello cherry, blackberry, cherry, undergrowth, sweet spice, vanilla and tea leaf appear in this Sangiovese. The palate is warm, long and mouth-filling, with soft tannins and freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and about twenty days of skin maceration. The wine then matures for at least twelve months in 1,500-litre Slavonian oak barrels.
