Berries and green fruit open with pineapple, kiwi and cool spearmint. The palate is generous but precise, bringing caramel, nutmeg and candied fruit into balance with vanilla, pepper and firm seasoned wood. Cedar and char add a savoury edge. The finish is long and clean, leaving applewood, spice, caramel and a quiet touch of tobacco.
