Pickering's Gin

Ripe sloe fruit gives a dark berry core, shaped by tart cherry and a bright thread of lemon. Almond and gentle winter spice bring a Cherry Bakewell character, while creamy vanilla softens the middle and a restrained juniper dryness keeps the finish composed. The result is rich and warming without becoming syrupy, with fruit, citrus and spice held in balance. Serve over ice, lengthen with ginger ale, or add to sparkling wine for a vivid aperitif.
