Pichon-Longueville

Blackberry, cassis and dark plum are layered with liquorice, charcoal and roasted coffee. The palate is dense and concentrated, with mineral-laden black fruit, velvety tannins and enough freshness to keep its scale composed. Menthol, cocoa, mild spice and a briary note add aromatic detail through the long finish. Decant generously and serve with roast beef, lamb, venison or firm aged cheese.
