AboutNoilly Prat

Noilly Prat’s vermouth-making began with Joseph Noilly in the early nineteenth century. In 1855, Louis Noilly and Claudius Prat joined their family names in the company still recognized today. The house moved to Marseillan in 1859, where Anne-Rosine Noilly-Prat later led the business.

At the Mediterranean house, selected wines mature outdoors in oak, exposed to sun, sea air and the changing seasons. They are then brought together with botanicals through the house’s traditional blending and stirring process, known as dodinage.

Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth

French Fortified
$20.99
Green apple and hazelnut lead a fresh, savoury aroma, with nutmeg and dried fruit adding quiet depth. The palate is crisp and extra dry, combining elderflower and citrus with chamomile, coriander and bitter orange. Orris root contributes an earthy floral note, while the finish stays clean, herbal and persistent. Serve well chilled, over ice with lemon, or use it in a 50:50 Martini where its dry botanical structure can remain clearly present.
