Nino Franco

Bright straw-yellow colour accompanies apple, pear and citrus. The palate is fresh, flavourful and creamy, with fine, persistent bubbles and a savoury note. It is made entirely from Glera grown on high hills in the historic Prosecco area. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in autoclave. Alcohol is eleven percent.
