Neon Eon 2021 Riesling Pet-Nat
Canadian Sparkling
Apple and bright citrus meet ripe berry and funky floral notes in this naturally sparkling Riesling. Organic single-vineyard fruit is fermented with native yeast and whole clusters, then bottled with a gentle, lively bead and no added sulphur. The palate is fresh, textured and energetic, with a clean fruit-driven finish. Serve well chilled with charcuterie, fried seafood, spicy noodles or grilled vegetables.

Canadian Red
Sour cherry and raspberry lead this lively Zweigelt, with a faint smoky note adding savoury contrast. The palate is fresh, light on its feet and built around bright red fruit, finishing clean and energetic. Made in the Okanagan from organically or biodynamically grown fruit with native fermentation and minimal intervention. Serve lightly chilled with charcuterie, roast poultry, mushrooms or grilled vegetables.

Canadian White
Off-dry in style, this Sauvignon Blanc was made as a natural white wine without added sulphur. The fruit came from organically or biodynamically farmed Okanagan vineyards. Fermentation proceeded spontaneously, with no commercial yeast, enzymes or other additions. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration. The project began with this first vintage, following a strict no-additions and no-removals approach.

Canadian Red
Pinot Noir from British Columbia forms a natural red. The cellar approach leaves nothing added or removed: fermentation is spontaneous, and no commercial yeast, sulphur, enzymes, fining agents or filtration are used. Fewer than ten milligrams per litre of sulphites are recorded. The project sources fruit across the Okanagan Valley and works exclusively with organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards.

Canadian Red
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay form a red blend made without added sulphites. The wine is identified as natural, with fewer than ten milligrams per litre of sulphites. Fruit comes from British Columbia, and fermentation proceeds spontaneously. Nothing is fined or filtered, while no commercial yeast, enzymes or sulphur are added. The project works with organically and biodynamically farmed Okanagan grapes.

Merlot, Zweigelt and Syrah form a red blend from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. The wine is classified as natural and carries less than 10 mg/L total sulphites, with none added. The fruit comes from organic or biodynamic growers in the Okanagan. Fermentation is spontaneous, with no enzymes or commercial yeast, and bottling takes place without fining or filtration.
