Organic single-vineyard fruit is fermented with native yeast and whole clusters, then bottled with a gentle, lively bead and no added sulphur. The palate is fresh, textured and energetic, with a clean fruit-driven finish. Serve well chilled with charcuterie, fried seafood, spicy noodles or grilled vegetables.
