Mullineux

Baked apricot, honeysuckle and marmalade rise from a deep golden glass, followed by honeyed richness and a gentle nutty edge. The palate is intensely concentrated yet held in balance by vivid acidity, so the natural sweetness feels bright rather than heavy. A long, layered finish carries dried fruit and citrus peel. Serve lightly chilled with hazelnut tart, blue cheese or fruit-based desserts; a small pour is ample.
