Mulderbosch 2025 Chenin Blanc Stellenbosch
Green apple and white peach develop into pear and ripe melon, with a subtle savoury note beneath the fruit. Partial maturation in neutral wood adds breadth without obvious oak flavour. Fresh, textured and dry, the palate finishes with orchard fruit and a light mineral edge. Pair with roast chicken, seafood or creamy vegetable dishes.
Mulderbosch 2025 Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé
Fresh strawberry opens with a subtle chalky note and a bright copper-pink hue. The palate is succulent and fruit driven, but early-picked acidity keeps it poised and refreshing rather than broad. A fine mineral line brings definition to the clean, balanced finish. Serve with grilled tuna, salmon, tomato salads or light mezze.
Mulderbosch 2023 Faithful Hound
Deep red with a purple core, this Stellenbosch red opens on bramble berry, baked rhubarb, ripe plum and liquorice, with a faint earthy, herbaceous note recalling local fynbos. The palate is full, built around sweet berry fruit and polished tannins. Fourteen months in predominantly French oak is matched to the fruit, while a smaller portion matured in tank on its lees.
Mulderbosch 2020 Sparkling Rosé Brut
Fresh strawberry, raspberry, peach, blood orange and herbs appear in a dry sparkling rosé with clean fruit and a fine mousse. The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Darling and Stellenbosch. Grapes are harvested early, crushed and cold-macerated for six hours before fermentation in stainless steel. Alcohol is twelve-point-five percent. The finish has good length.
Mulderbosch 2025 Sauvignon Blanc Western Cape
Guava, ripe lemon and blackcurrant open with aromatic fynbos notes of lavender, thyme and oregano. The palate is vivid and refreshing, balancing juicy tropical fruit with clean acidity and a dry herbal line. Bright citrus carries the energetic finish. Serve well chilled with seafood, green vegetables, goat cheese or herb-led dishes.
