Francesco Mionetto founded his winery in Valdobbiadene in 1887. The house works with local growers through long-standing relationships.
In 1982 it adopted the Charmat method, in which a second fermentation in tanks creates the bubbles in its Prosecco. Alongside Prosecco, Mionetto also makes alcohol-removed sparkling wine.

Delicate citrus and crisp apple lead a fresh, lightly aromatic nose. Sweet peach rounds the fruit without overwhelming it, while persistent bubbles keep the palate buoyant and clean.
